Inventory Management

We have developed a flexible system of Programmed Inventory Control to determine and manage proper stock levels, stock turns, the number of weeks of supply on-hand, replenishment requirements, inventory peaks, and future purchase time frames.

Merchandising

Effective merchandising is based upon systematic planning, skillful execution of plans, and careful follow-through.  To this end, it is essential that we partner with you in establishing viable merchandising procedures.  A plan should be formulated, for instance, to appraise the advisability of adding new products, modifying existing ones, or dropping others.  Flexibility in increasing or decreasing the square footage allotted to certain product categories should be based on current sales and marketing trends.  This will enable you to take full advantage of opportunities and make a dynamic presentation statement.
